The life of IMMOBEL is marked out by coherent evolution characterised by a number of important events. It is in 2011, that IMMOBEL decides to undertake activities in Poland. IMMOBEL POLAND has thus made a name for itself over several years through large scale projects in the office and residential sectors in Poland.

    After Luxembourg in 2007, The second strategic step in the geographical expansion and development of the activities of the IMMOBEL Group impacts Poland through the decision to focus on this emerging market.

    IMMOBEL POLAND starts developing a first project building in Warsaw.

    Bartlomiej Hofman is named CEO of IMMOBEL POLAND and constitutes his local team.

    IMMOBEL LUXEMBOURG becomes a referred partner for development in Poland. In a few years only, it obtains the permits for developments that will lead to a portfolio of 110,000 sqm.

    Merger with ALLFIN: IMMOBEL becomes the largest Belgian developer quoted on the stock market with a capitalisation of over 500 million Euros.
